We currently have a large two story three bedroom three bath townhouse
with a two car garage available at 2182 Monarch Drive in Prospector
neighborhood of Park City, Utah. This townhouse condo gets plenty of
light all along the south and east side where it has lots of windows. Rent
is $975 a month plus gas, electric, water and sewer if renting for six
months (either May through October, or June through November), with
preference given to anyone wishing to move in sooner rather than later.

If after seeing an apartment in which you are interested, we expect
either cash or two checks, one non-refundable for a credit check ($25),
and the other for the first month's rent. Once the credit check is
completed, the second check is either deposited (upon credit approval the
apartment is yours) or (upon denial of credit) returned.
